The cake flavors are as wonderful as the decorating. Specialties include creamsicle, cherry chip, pineapple zest, toffee, and rainbow. Traditional flavors and buttercream icing are also available.

90th Birthday Cake

14" lemon cake with lemon curd filling and vanilla butter cream, 12" golden butter cake with raspberry filling and almond butter cream, 10" chocolate cake with fudge and toffee crunch filling and almond butter cream, 8" white cake with almond butter cream. Entire cake covered with fondant, gum paste frames with rice paper pictures of changes in planes, cars, trains, telephones, etc. that occurred in the past 90 years, gum paste flowers.
